My Laptop battery pluged in but not charging! Troubleshooting

If you also face this problem of battery plugged in but not charging than here is a solution for it. This is a common problem of laptop, it occur due to battery manager malfunction. You can easily troubleshoot this problem by follow these simple steps.

In order to correct problems in battery power management software, follow these steps:-

1. At first click on Start button and type "Device manager" on search bar.

2. Then open "Device manager".

3. You will see "Batteries" on Device manager. Double click on it to expand Batteries category.

4. In Batteries category you will see "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery", right click on it and select uninstall.

5. Again go to  Device Manager. On Device Manager taskbar click on "Action" then "Scan for hardware changes".

Windows will scan computer for hardware  that doesn't have drivers installed and install drivers that need to manage battery power.

Finally you will see that your laptop indicate that the battery pluged in and charging.
